Whether you are fresh out of high school or a seasoned adult, college can be both exciting and stressful. As you try to juggle your academic studies, your personal life, and possibly a job and family, it can all get very overwhelming. If you find yourself struggling with sleep, experiencing a decreased ability to concentrate, experiencing a decrease in motivation, withdrawing from friends, family and things that you once enjoyed, it is time to call us before things get worse.

Costs and Confidentiality

The Counseling Center services provided by Agnesian Work & Wellness are always available at no cost to you as a UW-Green Bay, Sheboygan campus student.

While costs associated with referrals made outside of the covered Counseling Center services remain your obligation, the Counseling Center counselor can recommend agencies or professionals whose services are covered by your insurance, whose fees are based on your ability to pay, or whose assistance may be free or of minimal cost.

Individuals seeking Counseling Center services are assured complete confidentiality to the extent allowed by state and federal law.

No identifying information is ever released to the Sheboygan campus or anyone else regarding your Counseling Center participation unless requested by you and with your written consent.

Our Counselors

The Counseling Center at the Sheboygan Campus is staffed by experienced clinicians from SSM Health at Work. Sheboygan Campus students are eligible to schedule up to 12 one-hour appointments on campus or at
SSM Health at Work, free of charge.

Terra Braatz, MSE, LPC
Terra Braatz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Master’s Degree of Science in Education. She is the manager of the SSM Health at Work Employee Assistance Program, and in charge of contract management, as well as corporate consultation. As a licensed professional counselor, she sees individuals, couples, and families struggling with a wide variety of mental health concerns. She also enjoys providing services to a diverse university student population.
 
Nicole Sanfilippo, MSW, CAPSW
Nicole Sanfilippo graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health. She is a certified advanced practice social worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger and mood regulation concerns, disordered eating, parenting challenges, and relationship conflicts.
