1,000 Point Challenge

Participants earn points for doing any type of physical activity (with one minute of activity equaling one point). You can walk outside, lift weights, take a group fitness class, climb the wall or do any other type of physical activity that is preferred. Participants complete 200 minutes of activity each week for five weeks to achieve 1,000 points.

When prompted to sign in, click the green bar “UWGB Students/Staff” and use your UWGB email and password to login. Then click “register” and follow the steps to complete the checkout (free program).
OR visit the fitness center desk in the Kress to register!
PRIZES awarded to all participants that hit 1,000 points!


  1. 1 minute of activity = 1 point
  2. Record your activity and points throughout the program online or on the UREC app. You can submit points after each workout or accumulated points at the end of each week.
  3. You must accumulate at least 200 points per week (or 200 minutes per week) during the five-week period. 
  4. Everyone who achieves 1,000 points in five weeks will receive a prize!
