Bicycle Registration
The University Ticketing & Information Center can help you register your bike with UW-Green Bay University Police. There is no cost for this service.
Get Free Bus Passes
Bring your student I.D. card to the University Ticketing & Information Center, ask for a semester-long bus pass and get on your way! UW-Green Bay is connected to the greater Green Bay area via the Green Bay Metro transit service. The #7 Lime Line bus route services the UW-Green Bay campus, and has stops near many retail businesses along the University Avenue corridor, as well as the Transit Center in downtown Green Bay.

Check Cashing
The University Ticketing & Information Center will cash one personal check per day. The check amount must be $50 or under. Two party checks are not accepted. There is a $0.50 check cashing fee for this service.
Gift Cards
Purchase a UW-Green Bay gift card from the University Ticketing & Information Center today! UW-Green Bay gift cards can be loaded with any dollar amount, never expire, and can be used at the University Ticketing & Information Center and various on campus retail locations including:
- Kress Events Center
- On Campus Dining
- Phoenix Club
- The Phoenix Bookstore
- UW-Green Bay Music
- UW-Green Bay Theatre & Dance
- The Weidner
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise required by law. Gift cards five years from the date of purchase. For balance amount and other gift card questions contact the University Ticketing & Information Center.
Locker Reservations
Lockers are available to reserve for personal use in the UW-Green Bay University Union at no cost. Locker use is limited to current UW-Green Bay students, faculty & staff, and guests. Lockers are located in two areas in the University Union:
- Lower Level - Commuter Lounge
- Main Level - Across from the University Ticketing & Information Center (UTIC)
An ADA accessible locker is available in each bank of lockers.

Poster & Banner Drop Off
UW-Green Bay departments may drop off printed advertisements to be displayed in the University Union.
Posting Policies
Replacement University ID
A replacement ID may be issued in person at the University Ticketing & Information Center if an ID is lost, stolen or damaged. A $15 fee applies for each replacement ID issued, and old IDs will be deactivated once a new ID is created. No appointment needed.
