Adding or dropping a course may have an impact on your bill. The refund schedule below applies to a reduction in the number of credits a student is taking. Keep in mind that any refund or assessment of additional fees will be based on the net result of the credits you add and/or drop in relation to the appropriate refund period. In other words, whether you are entitled to a refund or will be billed for additional fees will depend on the date you drop credits as well as the "begin and end" dates of the course.

Standard Class Start Date

To determine your refund, start with the "Class Start Date" and count as zero. Continue counting days to the date of the drop and you will receive the tuition refund listed in that day range. If withdrawing from all classes, you will receive the withdraw fee listed.
