Rising Phoenix Early College High School Program creates an opportunity for high school students to get a head start on their college degree by earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree at the same time as their high school diploma.

The program breaks new ground by connecting dual enrollment with ongoing student success coaching, accelerating students' time to degree completion and minimizing student debt. The program aligns with the University's access mission by providing opportunity and preparation to students traditionally underserved and underrepresented in higher education.

Meagan develops innovative partnerships with organizations, companies and schools and oversees signature programs including College Credit in High School, Early College Credit Program, Dual Enrollment Access Academy, GEAR UP, Turbocharge, and the Accelerated Associates Degree. She is motivated to build partnerships and expand opportunities in order to close the equity and achievement gap in Wisconsin schools.
