If you like to experiment and improvise with music, jazz is perfect for you. A relatively modern genre, this type of music proves that in order to break the rules, you must first learn them. Our jazz ensembles help you develop a sense of group dynamics and improve your musical skills.

Our Jazz Ensemble I is headlined by the finest jazz students at UW-Green Bay. It’s open to students by audition.

Even if you’re not a music major, you can engage in rhythm and blues. Just like Jazz Ensemble I, Jazz Ensemble II is open to students by audition.
