Verification Forms

You're probably here because you received notification from the Financial Aid Office that you need to complete verification forms. Don't worry, it's just a quality assurance step. If you were selected for verification, you will receive a letter and email from us indicating what information is needed. You can also review your 'To Do List' items in SIS. Required documents can be uploaded using the Secure Upload.

Think of verification as "Quality Control" to ensure accuracy of all applications. The verification process ensures that students receive an accurate financial aid award based on Federal regulation and the availability of funds. To avoid delays in awarding and/or disbursing of aid to your account, please respond to all requests for information or documentation from your school as soon as possible.

If you're selected for verification, you have done nothing wrong and are not alone. A significant number of FAFSA applicants are asked to supply additional documentation for verification. And if you are chosen, we can help!
