Take the Big Leap

Entrepreneurship is a rapidly growing area of interest for students all over the world. In the US, approximately 8.75 million people are self-employed; in Wisconsin alone, there are over 400,000 small businesses that employ 1.2 million people.

UW-Green Bay's Business Administration major with an emphasis Entrepreneurship is designed to help get-ready the entrepreneurs for the future -- whether they seek to start-up a new and innovative business, help run their family business, add to the growing trend of small businesses or be intrapreneurs in corporate firms.

Learn the Ropes

  • How to create new businesses and capture new markets
  • How to operate businesses virtually in today’s digital era and use social media marketing to their benefit

Learn More About Our Faculty

Hear From Ryan Kauth:

"Entrepreneurial students who have great ideas need to share them. Keeping your idea to yourself benefits no one. Sharing your idea involves stepping forward as a leader and communicating your idea so many can understand it. Networking is very important in helping you do this. Your network develops in the classroom with your project team then grows with student organization participation, activities outside the classroom such as internships and volunteering, and with getting to know local community leaders in young professionals networks and industry associations."
