UW-Green Bay is partnered with Grubhub so students, faculty and staff can order from off-campus restaurants using Pass Points with free delivery. This means you can order with Pass Points on Grubhub not just in Green Bay, Manitowoc, Marinette and Sheboygan, but wherever you are! And yes, that includes summertime, winter break and spring break ordering.

Here's how to get started

Download the app

Search for and download the Grubhub app in either the App Store or Google Play store.

Set up your account

Navigate to the Account tab, then Campus Dining. 

 Follow the prompts

Input your UW-Green Bay University email and password to activate free Grubhub+ Student.

 Order delivery

Start ordering from your favorite off-campus restaurants! Free delivery is available on orders $18+ from eligible Grubhub+ eligible restaurants.*

From your GB Orientation session all the way through graduation, Grubhub provides a quick and easy way to order and pay for food from local restaurants, right from your mobile device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Grubhub+ Student is a limited-time free membership program for college students who are affiliated with select universities through Grubhub Campus Dining. Faculty and staff are also eligible to sign up.

Students receive unlimited free delivery on orders $18+ from eligible off-campus restaurants, special member perks and donation matching.

When UW-Green Bay students, faculty or staff connect their campus card in the Grubhub app, they will be asked to opt into a free Grubub+ Student membership. By selecting “I want in!”, they will activate their membership. No credit card required.

No! All UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff will be eligible to receive GH+ Student for free when they connect their University ID card.

Students receive Grubhub+ Student for free once they connect their University ID card in the app and opt into Grubhub+ Student. They will receive a free membership ($9.99 market value) until graduation.

Upon graduation, students will be prompted to select “Leave Campus Dining”. Their Grubhub app will now feature the typical app interface and not the campus restaurants anymore. This will also trigger the end of their free GH+ Student membership. Students' accounts will continue to work and they have the option to sign up for Grubhub+ for $9.99 per month.

No. Users can use Pass Points, a credit card or debit card and still receive the benefits of Grubhub+ Student.

GH+ restaurants are indicated in the app with a yellow GH+ Flag. Students can also sort by GH+ restaurants at the top of the app. When checking out, there will be a line item that says “Grubhub+ Free delivery”.

  • Tap “Account” → “Campus Dining” → Select Campus
  • Input campus card information
  • Follow the prompts to activate your free Grubhub+ Student account

No. As long as students, faculty or staff connect their University ID to the Grubhub account they want to use, they will be able to activate their GH+ Student membership.

Students are not permitted to purchase alcohol or tobacco products (including e-cigarettes), gift cards or lottery tickets on Grubhub.
