Phlash Cash is added to a declining balance account on your ID card and may be used for the purchase of goods and services on and off UW-Green Bay campuses.
 
Phlash Cash Information
  • Phlash Cash allows UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff to prepay for goods and services in most retail areas on the Green Bay campus, as well as select off campus locations in Green Bay.
  • UW-Green Bay students will receive a 5.5% discount when purchasing food items from the Green Bay campus dining locations, using Phlash Cash as payment.
How to Purchase Phlash Cash
  1. Visit your eAccounts online account management service (a $1 transaction fee will be applied to online deposits).
  2. Visit the University Ticketing & Information Center in the University Union on the Green Bay campus.

Note: Phlash Cash CANNOT be used to purchase alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, CBD products, lottery ticket or gift cards. 

Please note: You can purchase Phlash Cash using cash, check or credit card. Phlash Cash is non-refundable while you are enrolled at UW-Green Bay. Phlash Cash remains active until you are no longer enrolled in classes with UW-Green Bay. Within two weeks after your departure from the University, you are eligible for a partial refund of your balance, upon your request.
