2022-2023 Meal Plan Options

All Access Plan (Phoenix)
Allows for unlimited access to the main dining hall during all normal operating hours.

10/14/19 Weekly Plans (Varsity/UWGB/Green)
Allows for a number of entries each week into the main dining hall during all normal operating hours.

Block Meal Plans (Bay/Apartment)
Allows for a number of entries each semester at any on-campus dining location during all normal operating hours.

Transfer Meals* (four per week)
A transfer meal is equal to one meal swipe. The Weekly and All Access plans include this option where a Combo Meal** is available for one meal from some retail dining locations.
**A Combo Meal allows participants to receive a pre-defined meal, usually consisting of an entrée, one side, and a beverage. Please visit each retail dining venue for specific combo meal options.
 
PHLASH Meals
Any student with a Block Meal Plan can donate meals to the PHLASH Meals program during select times of the academic year.  (Please watch postings for more information.)

User Guidelines:
  • Residential students are required to select a meal plan.
  • Students may only use four transfers per week (All Access and Weekly Plans)
  • All Access and Weekly meals must be used by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday and do not roll over to the next week.
  • Block Plan meals must be used by the end of the semester and do not roll over from fall to spring.
  • Pass Points associated with the Bay Block meal plan never expire as long as you are enrolled as a student at UW-Green Bay.

Commuter Meal Plans

Commuter students may select a meal plan from all of the available options listed above. Meal plans may be billed to SIS during select times, or visit the University Ticketing & Information Center to pay for your meal plan. 

Need to change or cancel your meal plan?

Students may request to change or cancel their meal plan within the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters. Residential students are required to select a meal plan, and will do so when they go thru the Housing check-in process. If you need to change your meal plan selection prior to the start of the Fall semester, please go back into the check-in process.
