The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is committed to providing members with opportunities to learn about the advancement and design of human resource management in today's business society. To help the upcoming workforce network, find a rewarding career and be successful in their profession for years to come, members can also learn about other aspects of business, including but not limited to, management, marketing, finance, economics, accounting, psychology and public administration .

The UW-Green Bay SHRM provides opportunities for students to network on the local, state and national level through our student chapter. Our chapter holds regular meetings with scheduled programs designed to help members learn more about human resources and the real world of business. We are one of more than 575 affiliated SHRM student chapters.
