Saturday, December 16th, 2023 in the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts at 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.

How to Participate in Commencement
If you are a UW-Green Bay student & expect to earn your degree in December or January, this is the Commencement you should participate in. If you expect to earn your degree in May or August, you should participate in the spring/summer ceremony. Rare exceptions must be requested to commencement@uwgb.edu. Graduates, please see here for details that have been sent to your email and continue to watch your campus email for additional details.
In order to participate in Commencement, you must sign up online by midnight on December 3rd, 2023. If you apply to graduate by 17th of November, your name will also be included in the program booklet, regardless of ceremony participation. To sign-up for Commencement or Edit Commencement Information:

1. Go to www.uwgb.edu/sis & login with your UWGB credentials. |

2. Select Other Academics from the dropdown menu, then Edit Graduation Information (or Apply for Graduation, if you haven't done so yet). |

3. After all the fields are complete, click on SAVE at the bottom and then GRADUATION CONFIRMATION. |
