Mentoring and coaching are critical tools for developing talent and driving performance. In this course, participants will explore advanced mentoring and coaching techniques, including how to provide constructive feedback, how to tailor coaching to different learning styles, and how to use coaching to drive organizational change. They will also learn how to measure the impact of mentoring and coaching on individual and team performance.

The Ethics of Leadership

Leaders have a responsibility to model ethical behavior and create a culture of integrity within the organization. In this course, participants will explore different ethical frameworks, learn how to make ethical decisions, and develop strategies for embedding ethics into the organizational culture. They will also gain an understanding of how to navigate ethical dilemmas and create an ethical decision-making framework for their teams.

Participation and Attendance Policy
  • You must attend the entirety of each course and complete a reflection/journal entry after each session. Credit will not be given to anyone that doesn't complete these requirements. 
  • Participants are required to have their camera on during these sessions to allow for verified engagement. UW-Green Bay expects that students limit outside distractions, remain in one location for the duration of the session (no driving/errands), and actively participate in group discussions and activities.
  • Only those who complete all six sessions will be eligible to earn the digital badge.
  • No recordings or make-up sessions will be available. 
Cancelation Policy

When canceling 10 days before class start date, a full refund minus a $15 processing fee will be given. There will be no refunds with notice less than 10 days before class start date.
