Arrange an On-Campus Recruiting Visit

For on-campus interviews, positions are posted and schedules are arranged and managed in Handshake, our online recruitment system. Handshake allows you to view students' resumes prior to coming to campus and monitor your interview schedule all with the click of a mouse!

Recruiting Schedule and Interview Options

Our on-campus interview visits begin in late September/early October and late February/early March to coincide with our annual Fall and Spring job & internship fairs. Interview schedules may be open for sign-up or pre-select* for employer pre-screening.

*For "pre-select" schedules, Career Services reserves the right to have 25% of the interview schedule slots available for sign-up of alternate students.

Information Tables and Information Sessions

These options allow you as an employer to informally meet students and provide information about your organization, current career opportunities and application procedures. (Limited to twice each academic semester.) Career Services coordinates arrangements and publicity for these sessions at no cost. If you would like to provide refreshments for your session, we will connect you with our University Catering contact.
