Planning your career can be daunting, especially when you have so many options to consider. Many do better setting the sights for their career trajectory with the structure of a one-credit course.  National data shows students who have a strong plan succeed. Enroll in Career Planning (PSYCH 225) next semester.

About the Career Planning Class

Still undecided about your major or career goal? Register for Career Planning (PSYCH 225) next semester. This one-credit course provides students with the knowledge and resources necessary for effective career decision-making in college. The class sessions and assignments focus on self-assessment, learning and applying career development theories, exploring major and career options, and establishing goals for career/life planning. The course is open to all students, and if offered in both Fall and Spring semesters.

Earn a Digital Badge

UW-Green Bay Digital Badges provide a way to tell employers about your experiences that might not have a spot on a resume or official transcript. Badges give you convenient, powerful ways to demonstrate learning you've gained in a meaningful way that can be transferred to other places.

Career Exploration Digital Badge

Career Exploration Digital Badge

The Career Exploration Digital Badge is awarded to UW-Green Bay students who complete the Career Planning course (PSYCH 225) with a grade of AB or higher. This course is offered by Career Services through the Psychology department.

A Digital Badge is validation of an accomplishment, skill set or competency a learner has earned. Digital Badges can be placed on a digital platform such as LinkedIn, to show employers you have the critical capabilities and competencies your role, or the role you seek, requires.
