This list was developed to increase awareness of existing resources for counties in Northeastern Wisconsin to access in their youth crisis diversion efforts. It is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all resources, and it is open for new resources to join at any time. If you wish to be included on the list, please email bhtp@uwgb.edu.
Being included in this list is not an endorsement by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay or the Behavioral Health Training Partnership of any of these organizations/providers or the services they provide. Any county or agency wanting to contract with organizations/providers on the list should employ customary measures for evaluating and contracting with the organizations/providers on the list.
